Setup instructions – Gmail
- 01Select "English" or "German" from the language toggle to choose which version to set up.
- 02Copy the signature or download it as an .htm file.
- 03In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new signature.
- 04Paste the copied signature into the signature field (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
- 05Set the signature as default for new emails and replies.
- 06Scroll to the bottom and click "Save changes".
- 07Repeat the steps above for the other language so you have both a German and an English signature.
The latest videos section updates automatically — no need to recreate your signature when new videos are published. For personal changes (name, photo, role), generate a new signature.
Setup instructions – Apple Mail
- 01Select "English" or "German" from the language toggle to choose which version to set up.
- 02Click "Copy" to copy the signature to the clipboard.
- 03In Apple Mail: Mail → Settings… (Cmd+,) → Signatures.
- 04Select your email account on the left, click "+" and name the signature (e.g. "crosspaint EN").
- 05Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
- 06Delete the placeholder text on the right and paste the copied signature (Cmd+V).
- 07Under "Choose Signature" at the bottom, set the new signature as default for the account.
- 08Close the window – Apple Mail saves automatically.
- 09Repeat the steps above for the other language so you have both a German and an English signature.
